Enter the Blaha Music Laboratory and join me in an exploration of using 20th century art techniques to reimagine the works of J.S. Bach. Using the Dada art movement of the 1930s and their insistence of letting chaos create their art, I will explore what happens when one injects chaos into Baroque music using my cello, a score, a box, and a glue stick.

Paying rent and relocation expenses
Although the preparedmind.org is setup to give out grants, sometimes people in our orbit are in need of help. During the pandemic many people have lost their jobs but have been able to stay in their home with the federal eviction moratorium. Unfortunately in Michigan the moratorium has been lifted and there is no support for back payment of rent. The preparedmind.org has decided to help a family of four by guranteeing rent and paying for some relocation expenses.

The Practice Room
Come in and pull up a music stand in Eric’s “practice room.” This is a place for students who otherwise lack the resources for individual instruction. Topics include how to produce better sound quality and tone, at home practice strategies, budget friendly equipment, and more.
